Each offering is made from absolutely organic and zero-kilometer ingredients. We carefully select them to support local businesses and enhance Elba’s biodiversity.

Sweet Breakfast

A perfect blend of creaminess and crunchiness. Sheep’s yogurt with herbal syrups, crunchy granola with almonds and pine nuts, fresh seasonal fruit, and our bread, baked with Tuscan organic flour. There are also handmade jams and irresistible sweets like the chef’s tart or the orange cake.

Savory Breakfast

For those who prefer a flavorful start, the savory option offers yogurt with toasted granola, goat and sheep cheeses, and Schiaccia del Pigro: a delicious combination of salami and cheese wrapped in a soft dough.

Hot Dishes and Juices

If you’re looking for something special, our menu offers hot dishes that celebrate local cuisine: from the Elbitat Omelette with tranapecori, a wild plant from the island, to our version of Eggs and Bacon. Each dish is accompanied by fresh vegetable extracts that combine taste and well-being.

Our breakfasts are prepared with care and delivered to your home, ready to be enjoyed between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. To ensure a timely service, we kindly ask you to communicate your choices by 6:30 AM via WhatsApp or at the reception.
