What the BeSafe Rate includes
BeSafe Rate is the rate that protects you from unexpected events, guaranteeing up to 100% reimbursement of the prepaid amount in case of cancellation and assistance during your stay for the reasons covered in the Insurance Dossier.
Coverage is valid from booking to check-out.
CANCELLATION GUARANTEE: In case of cancellation, up to 100% of the prepaid amount can be reimbursed for unforeseen events such as illness (including COVID-19), hospitalization, injury, and vacation cancellation.
ASSISTANCE DURING THE STAY: From arrival to departure, guests can benefit from health assistance, baggage guarantee, theft, and roadside assistance.
Payment Policy
The entire amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking. The rate includes 10% VAT.
The rate does not include the tourist tax.
Cancellation Policy
The BeSafe Rate guarantees cancellation for unforeseen events and offers up to 100% reimbursement of the prepaid amount in accordance with the Insurance Policy applicable at the time of booking.
Included insurance coverage:
Reimbursement up to 100% of the stay in case of cancellation due to unforeseen events;
Coverage of medical expenses and medicines in case of injuries or illness during the stay;
Guarantee of reimbursement in case of theft or non-delivery of baggage;
Pandemic illness and quarantine included in the insurance coverage;
On-site roadside assistance (from 24 hours before the start of the trip to reaching the departure point);
Coverage of accommodation expenses in case of forced stay in the city of the stay;
Interruption of the stay.

Costs
You will only pay a customized commission on the total prepaid amount, and you will not incur activation fees or monthly charges.
